• The Escrow Template is the perfect setup for users looking for automatic, transparent, and permissionless solutions for their marketplace needs, service payments arrangements, or even milestone-based deals — all executed by automatic smart contracts.

In typical Forward fashion, it’ll only take a few steps to set up the frontend and admin panels for your escrow.

As the contract deployer, you can insert the wallet and token addresses during deployment. You can use the admin panel to initialize the escrow by depositing funds and setting a duration.

The frontend is used to track the escrow, including funds released, duration, transaction history, total funds in escrow, and other parameters agreed between the template deployer and escrow end-user.

It’s that easy!

• We have good news for the template developers, who provide the building blocks for the Forward Marketplace. We’ve made earning lifetime income as seamless as earning royalties on your IP.

Simply define the fee parameters (amount, fee structure, etc) on the templates you create and upload to the Marketplace, and get paid every time someone deploys your template — for perpetuity.

Everything happens on the blockchain — deployment counts, ratings, etc. So, no one can tamper with your earnings or reputation in the Forward Marketplace.
